Tiny Escapes Time In THE BIG HOUSE!!

Former Xscape singer Tameka "Tiny" Cottle (Tip's Wife) has escaped possible jail charges. According to TMZ the drug possession case against Tiny (yea tha same one that sent Tip back to the slammer) has been dismissed!

The L.A. County District Attorney's stated the case was dropped because Tiny completed 24 sessions of a certified drug diversion program in Georgia. 

T.I. and Tiny were pulled over and arrested on Sunset Boulevard back in September (2010) after cops searched their car and found drugs. 

They were booked for possession of a controlled substance - a charge which violated T.I.'s probation and sent him back to prison. 



(guess it works out for the best, at least the kids won't lose both parents)
